CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Job type: Full-Time, Permanent

Reference No: CCA/12/02

Hours: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm Monday - Friday 40 Hours per Week

Salary: £6.25 per hour, rising to £6.50 per hour after probation

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Carrying out outbound calls to prospective householders and inviting them to participate in the charities fundraising activities.  Work as part of a team towards achieving the Company's goals and objectives.

Essential Criteria:

GCSE English Language (Grade A-C) or equivalent;
Excellent Communication Skills;
Previous experience of working in a Customer Services environment.
